Avenica is a Talent Partner of Walser Automotive Group. We're actively hiring a Semi-Skilled Technician for their Genesis store in  Kansas City.   The position you see listed is a full-time, direct hire position.

Location: Kansas City, KS

Competitive Pay:  Guaranteed base of $20.60/hr plus hourly increase based on production level

How do Semi-Skilled Technicians Drive Impact?

Semi-Skilled Technicians will become familiar with all of Walser’s vehicle line-up, the inner workings of the dealership, and will be an integral part of the service team.

• Perform maintenance, including:
• Changing oil and filters
• Engine tune-ups
• Replace filters, belts, brakes, coolant hoses.
• Mount and balance tires
• Suspension
• Diagnose squeaks, rattles, leaks.
• Accessory installation (i.e., radios, floor mats, roof racks, etc.)
• Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices.

We're Looking For:

• 3+ years minimum technician experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, active environment
• High standard for quality and attention to detail
• Self-starter with capability to manage your day
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 18 years of age
