JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Architect end-to-end solutions for feature flag integration using LaunchDarkly, tailored to both on-premises and cloud environments.
Architecture Documentation: Create detailed architecture diagrams to support feature flag implementation, ensuring clarity and alignment with system requirements.
SDK and Lifecycle Management: Define best practices for LaunchDarkly SDK usage, feature flag lifecycle management, and governance processes.
Security Compliance: Establish security considerations and protocols for feature flag usage to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps and Engineering teams to integrate feature flag solutions into CI/CD pipelines and existing workflows.
Monitoring and Metrics: Define key metrics and monitoring strategies for guarded rollouts to detect regressions and ensure system stability.
Technical Guidance: Provide expertise and recommendations on LaunchDarkly configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting to support development teams.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on LaunchDarkly features and industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Experience:
o Proven experience as a DevOps Solution Architect or similar role.
o Hands-on expertise with LaunchDarkly, including SDK implementation and feature flag management.
o Strong background in designing solutions for both on-premises and cloud-based systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Technical Skills:
o Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
o Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Visio.
o Familiarity with security best practices for feature flag management.
o Experience defining and implementing monitoring metrics for software rollouts.
