Description:
A warm, down-to-earth family in Weston, FL is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to support the smooth operation of their household. The home is filled with love, laughter, and energy—three children (ages 3, 2, and a newborn expected in February) and two friendly dogs. The ideal candidate will be someone who values a structured routine, maintains high cleaning standards, and understands the importance of working harmoniously within a family setting. Home is 7800 sq feet
Daily full-charge housekeeping, including cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and play areas
Laundry and wardrobe care for the entire family, including ironing and organizing
Navigating the home respectfully—timing tasks based on family routines and occupied areas
Tidying and resetting spaces with an eye for order and cleanliness
Maintaining an inventory of cleaning products and household supplies
Light pet care (refreshing water bowls, light clean-up, etc.)
Comfortable carrying laundry up and down stairs (master bedroom is located upstairs)
Optional: Travel support, if open and available—though not required
Warm, happy, and professional with a respectful and intuitive approach to private home environments
Experienced in working in households with small children, though this is not a nanny role
Enjoys being around children and is open to light, playful interaction when appropriate
Works well alongside other household staff (there is a full-time, live-in nanny on site)
Observant and considerate—able to read the room and choose optimal times for tasks
Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to manage their time and responsibilities efficiently
Discreet, respectful of privacy, and naturally accommodating to a family’s lifestyle and space
Minimum 3+ years of housekeeping experience in a private home
Strong references from similar family settings
Legal to work in the U.S. and able to pass a full background check
Pet-friendly and physically capable of lifting and carrying laundry between floors
Reliable transportation to and from the Weston area
Open to occasional travel with the family (not required)
Experience in homes with children and familiarity with routines
