Job Title: HR Service Desk Analyst

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Normal working hours (9am 6pm)

About the Role

The HR Service Desk Analyst is responsible for delivering day-to-day HR services to employees, supervisors, and managers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with best practices. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a cohesive, productive, and positive workplace culture. The analyst will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders and will report to the HR Service Desk Manager.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for submitting and following up on People Operations tickets (e.g., manager/job detail changes in Workday).
• Conduct internal mobility eligibility checks for employees applying to new roles at DoorDash (responsibility will transition to Employee Relations in the future).
• Uphold departmental policies and answer employee questions regarding specific procedures.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the HR Director and HR Business Partners during key annual cycles, such as performance reviews and compensation planning.
• Assist managers as they transition to greater Workday access, offering guidance and resources to support adoption and usage.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive business information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
