Title: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist will focus on ensuring a seamless employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities

  • Support the full employment lifecycle from on-boarding through off-boarding ensure a seamless experience, including employee orientation.
  • Create and support HR programs related to employee experience, engagement, and recognition to help employees be productive and motivated.
  • Own and drive our HR compliance processes and audits, including overseeing the completion of mandatory training in partnership with L&D team.
  • Complete special projects by clarifying project objectives; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects. Participate in support of HR Operations related program rollouts, new systems and processes.
  • Support HR programs and initiatives that reinforce and promote company culture i.e., employee engagement and communications.
  • Manage all aspects of employee leaves (FMLA, disability, parental, medical, etc.) from intake to return-to-work processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits questions, enrollment, and utilization.
  • Partner with the HR team to support HR initiatives including employee relations and HR compliance.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records in HRIS systems, Org Charts, and analytical reports.
  • Monitor compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as FMLA, ERISA, ADA, EEOC and ACA.
  • Assist with HR policies and procedures development and implementation.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting to support interview scheduling, ATS adoption, and the new hire process.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; or relevant experience.
  • Five plus (5+) years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related area.
  • A high degree of initiative, sound judgment and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, including the employee life cycle, employee relations, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees and leaders across various levels and functions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR processes and documentation requirements.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with advanced knowledge in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HRIS and Talent Acquisition system-based software required.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently as required.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Demonstrated independent and sound decision-making skills; ability to think critically and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Its mechanism of action and pharmacokinetic properties are highly differentiated from other currently approved and investigational therapies that target PI3K or mTOR alone or together. Gedatolisib phase 3 clinical development programs are focused on the treatment of patients with HR+/HER2- ABC in the 1L and 2L settings. A Phase 1b/2 clinical trial evaluating gedatolisib in combination with darolutamide in patients with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer, is on-going.

For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $ 88,000- $115,000 DOE. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geography, qualifications, skills, and experience.

The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus and a new hire equity package. Celcuity also offers various benefits offerings, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and paid holidays.
