- Attend networking events, job fairs, and professional meetups to expand your candidate pipeline
Candidate Experience Excellence - Conduct engaging phone screenings and interviews that showcase both our company and opportunities
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process with clear communication and support
- Provide career advice and market insights to help candidates make informed decisions
- Follow up consistently to maintain relationships even when immediate opportunities aren't available
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development - Proactively source candidates through various channels including social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Research and identify potential candidates who may not be actively job searching
- Maintain and organize candidate databases with detailed notes and relationship history
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Market Intelligence & Insights - Stay current with industry trends, salary ranges, and market conditions

- Share insights with hiring managers about candidate availability and market challenges
- Contribute to recruitment strategy discussions based on your frontline candidate interactions
Administrative Excellence - Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
