As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you’ll support meaningful nonprofit campaigns from concept through execution. You’ll play a vital role in delivering engaging community outreach, coordinating promotional events, and crafting stories that inspire change.
Assist the Marketing Manager with PR, communications, and marketing initiatives for nonprofit campaigns
Coordinate logistics for live outreach and promotional events to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences
Support event planning, community engagement, and on-the-ground brand activations
Craft compelling messaging and promote charitable causes through various communication channels
Create and distribute branded materials and assist with visual merchandising at community events
Track and report on campaign data including attendance, engagement metrics, and inventory management
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, volunteers, and community partners
Analyze outreach performance and recommend improvements to boost PR effectiveness
Identify new opportunities to increase brand and campaign visibility within target communities
Passion for nonprofits, social causes, or purpose-driven marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
