We’re hiring a Public Relations & Communications Assistant to support our events, outreach campaigns, and marketing initiatives. This entry-level, full-time role includes paid training, mentorship , and career advancement opportunities —ideal for recent graduates, interns, or career changers looking to break into PR or nonprofit communications.
Support the Marketing Manager in implementing PR and communication strategies for nonprofit campaigns
Assist with community outreach events , including coordination and on-site logistics
Represent campaigns through face-to-face public engagement to promote awareness and donor involvement
Help design and distribute branded materials , event displays, and outreach collateral
Track and analyze key performance metrics like foot traffic, engagement, and inventory usage
Work directly with event venues, volunteers, and nonprofit partners to ensure successful campaigns
Maintain positive working relationships with vendors, sponsors, and internal teams
Contribute to campaign improvement through data analysis, reporting , and creative brainstorming
Identify and recommend new outreach opportunities to expand audience impact
Passion for nonprofits, public relations , or community-centered marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
Creative problem-solver with a team-first mindset
Comfortable engaging diverse communities in face-to-face public settings
Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
No prior experience required — we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Hands-on training in nonprofit PR, campaign communication, and event marketing
