Job Title: Sr. Workday Integration Analyst

Looking for a lead techno-functional analyst or consultant who can work independently and offer consulting services, as well as best practices to implement solutions using Workday integrations. Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate those into technical solutions. They should serve as a liaison between the managed services team and business partners, ensuring seamless communication and implementation.
Additionally, it is crucial for the candidate to have strong knowledge and experience with Workday integration tools, as well as HR, Payroll, and Benefits business processes and Workday security. This expertise will enable them to provide valuable insights and solutions to our team.
Design, develop, and maintain Workday Integrations: Should be using various Workday tools and methodologies to create integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Gather and analyze business requirements: Should collaborate with stakeholders to understand their integration needs and translate those needs into technical solutions that meet business objectives.
Troubleshoot and support existing integrations: Should includes in monitoring integrations, resolving issues, performing root cause analyses, and providing timely and effective support to ensure minimal business disruption.
Test and deploy integrations: Should be responsible for developing testing plans, executing end-to-end testing, coordinating with downstream teams for UAT, and managing production deployments and post-release support.
Create and maintain integration documentation: Comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, data mapping, technical workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders: Should work closely with various teams to ensure successful integration projects, address integration-related issues, and provide technical guidance.
Self-starter and best practices - Candidate should be able to work independently and offer consulting services as well as best practices to implement solutions using Workday integrations.
